|Reading Tag Rugby Returns in 2013|
This summer Try Tag Rugby is coming back to Reading! With the first ever Reading Tag Rugby league running in 2012, the sport which has taken London by storm is expected to boom in Reading in 2013.
The Reading Mixed Tag Rugby league will be held on Monday evenings at Kings Meadow, just 5 minutes walk from Reading train station. Parking is available at the park. The venue is beautifully situated on the banks of the Thames river, providing ideal conditions for a summer evening league. The league is played in the 6 side format, with 4 male and 2 female players on the pitch.
The Reading league will come with an active social scene, with players regularly returning to the Reading Walkabout for post match food and drinks. This is a great opportunity to network and socialise with your team mates and opposition.
A free taster session will be held at Kings Meadow from 7.00pm on Monday April 22nd. A free taster held on the April 15th attracted a record 43 players, proving Reading is in for a massive year of Tag Rugby!
