Safeguarding

Try Tag Rugby is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all participants in its communities; players, coaches, referees, staff, parents, volunteers and contractors. All those participating in the Try Tag Rugby community deserve to enjoy a safe environment but also share responsibility for safeguarding and creating those environments whether as a player, coach, referee, member of staff, parent, volunteer or contractor.

As part of Try Tag Rugby’s partnership with the Rugby Football League (RFL) it operates under their Safeguarding policy. Sitting alongside this is Try Tag Rugby’s Child/Young Player Protection Policy.

Try Tag Rugby take all allegations of harm or concern seriously and will respond swiftly, fairly and appropriately.
