Try Tag Rugby’s Wasps Tag Rugby Festival took place last Saturday with over 750 players taking part.
The annual festival has seen a steady increase in teams from 30 in 2014, 37 in 2015, 50 in 2016, 65 in 2017 and a 65-team sell-out again this year.
The main winners on the day were Tumeke who beat Rebelz in the Tier 1 final. Cathy’s in Mexico won the Tier 2 final while Taga Masala won the Tier 3 Cup.
Male Player of the Tournament went to Jay Beare of Tumeke and Female Player of the Tournament went to Mel Steer of Rebelz.
