Entry to the league is by individual registration only (you can request to play in the same team as one other person). Teams will be selected with a mix of experience, creating a friendly social atmosphere where all players get to know each other on and off the pitch throughout the season. Male players must turn 40 on or before 25/04/24 to be able to join the league. Female players must turn 37 on or before 25/04/24 to be able to join the league. The following scoring rules will be in play: Trys are worth one point - One extra point if a try is scored by a woman - One extra point if a try is scored by anyone over 50 - Two extra points if an over 60 scores a try E.g if a woman over 60 scores a try, it’s worth 4 points
