It’s your mate Grace. I don’t know about you, but I’ve found the sheer amount of fitness content out there is getting really overwhelming. To combat this, I’ve put together some online classes that cater to what I feel is needed to help give structure to our training during this time and ensure that we are doing it with purpose.
I’ve formulated an online class called “Sports Conditioning” just for you guys that emulates the fitness needed for playing TAG (and all field sports!), including movements that will help strengthen the body for change of direction so that when you hit the pitch next, it won’t be such a shock! I’ve found that this type of workout is really hard to find right now.
You’ll also find classes in my schedule ranging from HIIT Conditioning to Stretch and Flow which can be great additions to your other workouts.
I’m teaching these classes directly so it will feel quite different from just doing a workout you’ve seen on IG Live. Get ready to get lots out of it.
