Try Tag Rugby  is one of the leading adult social sports organisations providing high-quality Tag Rugby Leagues and events across the UK in regions including; London, Bristol, Coventry, Edinburgh, Manchester, Sheffield, Thames Valley, Warwickshire, West Yorkshire and Wigan.

Tag Rugby is a fun and exciting minimal contact social sport suitable for all adults, no previous rugby experience is necessary and it’s a sport that can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced players alike.

Tag Rugby is a great way to meet new people, as well as a chance to meet up with existing friends. There will be weekly post-match socials, where players come together to enjoy a drink with their teammates and opposition.

The Brighton & Hove licence will be run by Steph McCabe, who previously worked on the management team at Try Tag Rugby’s head office in London. Steph also has lots of experience both as a player and a referee.

Steph McCabe said: “I’m so excited to launch Try Tag Rugby in Brighton & Hove. Try Tag Rugby is such an inclusive sport, regardless of ability or past experience, there is a place for anyone who wants to play. Really looking forward to developing a supportive & sociable tag community, both on and off the pitch, and all the fun times ahead!”

Try Tag Rugby Co-founder and Joint Managing Director, Alistair Davis said: “It’s fantastic to see Brighton & Hove as the latest place to be added to the Try Tag Rugby map.  With Brighton’s reputation for being a fun and friendly place to live and the people there having a love for activities outdoors we think Try Tag Rugby is a great fit.

“We are also delighted to welcome Steph back to Try Tag Rugby. She did a great job when working for us in London, with the leagues she used to run having a reputation of being very well managed, fun and super social. We are extremely excited about the potential of Try Tag Rugby Brighton & Hove with her at the helm.”
