TagFest Series 2023 - Try Tag Rugby

We are pleased to announce registration for the TagFest Series our tournaments are all open for 2023.

The nationwide series kicks-off with TagFest London in June. Edinburgh are running their inaugural event at the start of September alongside returning offerings from Bristol, Coventry & Warwickshire, Oxford, and Wigan (all July), and last but not least, Yorkshire (August).

The TagFest series is an annual series of tournaments held in various Try Tag Rugby regions throughout the UK. The aim of TagFest is to bring a festival atmosphere together with a full Tag Rugby tournament along with one of our legendary after-parties.

Sat 10th June
TagFest London – Richmond Athletic Ground, London
TagFest London 2023 is set to go further this year by not only being the biggest but also the best as we add more off-field activities, competitions and entertainment to complement the electric on-pitch action.

Sat 1st July
TagFest Wigan – Wigan St. Cuthberts, Wigan
For a place as synonymous with top class Rugby as Wigan, it’s sure to be a cracking day of Tag Rugby with the eagerly anticipated and hotly contested pie eating competition and half-time tug-of-war contest making a welcome return.

Sat 8th Jul
TagFest Coventry & Warwickshire – Leamington RFC, Leamington Spa
Don’t let the tranquil surroundings fool you, TagFest Coventry & Warwickshire is set to be anything but, with the day full of action on the pitch followed by an after party to be reckoned with.

Sat 15th Jul
TagFest Bristol – Lockleaze Sports Ground, Bristol
Summer 2023 will mark the start of the fifth year of Tag in Bristol, and what better way to celebrate than to host teams from across the country at our TagFest this year!

Sat 22nd July
TagFest Oxford – Oxford RFC, Oxford
After an absolute swelter of a weekend in 2022, TagFest Oxford 2023 is going to go further by increasing capacity for playing teams and camping along with upping the ante on more off-field activities.

Sat 19th Aug
TagFest Yorkshire – Stanningley ARLFC, Leeds
After a record 40 teams played hard and partied harder in 2022, TagFest Yorkshire is set to build to even bigger festival levels in August 2023.

Sat 2nd September
TagFest Edinburgh – Duddingston Playing Fields, Edinburgh
As the first TagFest in Scotland, TagFest Edinburgh 2023 will give players the chance to see what Tag in Scotland is about- it’ll bring a fun atmosphere, a post-tournament party combined with the chance to play in Scotland’s capital city.
