RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with your proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of the date you received them, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, it is your responsibility to use the correct postage rate.
  4. We can only provide a refund or exchange when the product is retuned to us.
  5. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a full refund is made.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT/S TO US

To return your product, you should post your product to: Try Tag Rugby Shop, Victoria Mills, Knowler Hill, Liversedge, WF15 6DP. With the return/exchange sheet which arrived with your order, filled in. If you no longer have this please include a note explaining your reason for return, along with your proof of postage.

Venue returns/exchanges are unavailable for items purchased from the online shop.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item, for example if you’ve chosen the wrong size, please return the item to us using the details above. Providing your item is in stock, we will ship the new item out to you. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

MISSING ITEMS OR ORDERS

Items missing from your order, or orders that don’t arrive in a reasonable timeframe, need to be reported to us within 30 days of the order being placed (for in stock and non-pre-order items). If we receive details from you after the 30 day period we’re unable to resent the missing items or order.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will be refunded at the cost at the time of purchase.
