The fourth Try Tag Rugby UK Tag Nationals will take place at West Park Leeds RUFC on Saturday 21st May 2022.

Held for the first time in 2018, the UK Tag Nationals brings together teams from each of the different Try Tag Rugby regions around the UK to battle it out to see which region will be crowned the UK Tag National Champions.

This year the UK Tag Nationals will take place outside of London and as such has seen unprecedented regional engagement with the host region Yorkshire naming a massive seven teams, with two in each of the open categories. This is the first time that Yorkshire has been able to name multiple teams within a category, joining South London and East London who also have the strength in depth to do the same in Mixed Open. South London will also enter two Women’s Open teams for the first time.

With the 2020 UK Tag Nationals cancelled and a clean sweep for London Regions in 2019 and 2021, we’re set for another exciting instalment. Bristol (Men’s and Women’s) and Yorkshire (Mixed) made it through to the quarter final stages in 2021, with Yorkshire going all the way to the final against East London Eels. Which region will come out on top in the four divisions on show this year?
