We are delighted to launch our full 2020 events calendar, with all but a select few events now open for registration.
The events calendar kicks-off in April with the Spring Tag Rugby Tournament in London, this annual event running since 2014 has seen sell-outs in the past three years, and is a good opportunity to get out on the tag field at our first one-day event of the year.
Many of our popular events return including London Origin (Saturday 2nd May), Corporate Challenge events in London and Yorkshire (both Friday 15th May), and our International Cup (Saturday 24th October).
Included in this years events calendar is the TagFest™ Series which was first introduced in 2019. The TagFest™ Series consists of multiple Tag Rugby tournaments running throughout the UK all with the same theme; a day of Tag Rugby with a festival atmosphere and a massive after-party. In 2020 we will see TagFest™ tournaments taking place in seven regions including London, Bristol, Thames Valley, Coventry & Warwickshire, Wigan, Yorkshire and Manchester. Check the individual event pages on Eventbrite for a 20% offer on the TagFest™ Series.
Another highlight to the calendar includes the UK Tag Nationals which take place on Saturday 12th September. Regions battle it out in mixed, men’s and women’s to see who is crowned the UK National Champions!
We also have social events including a group trip to the London 7s (Saturday 23rd May), River Thames Boat Party (Friday 21st August), group trips to watch England Rugby League take on Australia in both Leeds (Saturday 7th November) and London (Saturday 14th November), rounding off the year with the London Christmas Party (Friday 27th November).
Try Tag Rugby will also look to host a men’s and women’s tournament, with the date and venue to be confirmed in early 2020.
Be sure to pick up one of our handy events business cards from your local League Organiser over the coming weeks. We hope you’ll see our exciting 2020 events calendar is designed to meet the appetite of teams and individuals alike, across all levels of ability and incorporating high level sporting, sporting and social, and purely social events.
